3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please ensure that the return package is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Muffycarenie is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
4. Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
